The holder itself is normal, but for small phones. It's too small for a smartphone, and when you drive on an uneven road, during the shaking one of the loops broke. It's good that the phone didn't fall out.
Sturdy. While we were putting it on the phone, we thought it would break. It held up! It holds well, rotates. This is what my son wanted.
