Simple and practical.
Very convenient regulator for opening a transom or a plastic window or door. The opening size is adjustable. Within small limits, but it does not allow it to swing open and slam shut in a draft.
The limiter is normal, but I made a mistake with the choice myself. I needed a limiter with screwless mounting. I will not use this one.
The idea is good, but not fully thought out. It would have been possible to make the bar longer and so that it could ROTATE by a certain angle.
