My experience with this seller has been completely disappointing. I ordered an album months ago and, in addition to arriving with a considerable delay, the product came defective, with visible damage in the left corner, which is unacceptable for a new item, especially when it was a gift for someone special.. I tried to return it, but the seller was not willing to properly resolve the issue. Instead of taking responsibility for the condition of the product, they demanded that I pay €5 for shipping in order to receive a full refund. This is unacceptable, considering that the product arrived in poor condition and that the return costs should be borne by the seller in this type of situation.. Ultimately, I was forced to keep the album because we were unable to come to a reasonable agreement either through the seller or PayPal. The birthday this gift was intended for has now passed, and the whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing.. I do not recommend this seller and will not buy from this platform again. I hope that other people do not have to go through such an unsatisfactory experience.

It took a while to arrive, almost a month, since Spain is far from Korea. But it arrived in perfect condition, just a little bit dented in the upper left corner. But that's normal, given the long time it was in transport.
