Very well packaged, arrived undamaged. Works from batteries or a power bank. In the set, besides the device, there are three attachments, an instruction manual, and a charging cable.. Broke after a year and two months. Stopped producing steam. The design doesn't allow for self-repair. But it was wonderful to use, so I ordered another one.. It would be great if it were possible to buy the transparent section separately.
