Two size up made it comfortable. Pls use their measurement tab, very handy. Otherwise take 2 sizes up. The trainers are comfy, I spent few hours walking, no pain, no discomfort. Original Adidas have brighter colours, but I needed pale, so Im happy for that. Bear in your mind that it's not a suede, but fabric. I might come back in 6 months to show/say how it looks like. So far so good.
