The product arrived with a chipped handle. Request to return the money, at least with points. Why is there no response to the defective product? I am not updating the review because of the chipped handle.

I wanted to seal bags from a roll, but it doesn't seal. It vacuums and seals pre-made bags well.

Crap...doesn't close tightly, and doesn't seal the bags..in the trash...it's a shame about the money, which we don't have anyway..
