- While it has water resistance, avoid wearing it in extreme conditions such as hot water showers, saunas, swimming, or diving.
- The battery typically needs to be replaced every 2 to 3 years, and it can be replaced at an official A/S center when it runs out.

- Discoloration and staining may occur depending on the fabric of the clothing that comes in contact with the watch or the usage environment, and this is not considered a defect in the product.
- Regular digital watches may have a monthly error of ±15 seconds to 30 seconds, which is not considered a defect within the normal range.
- 20bar water resistance is suitable for daily life, and it is advised to avoid wearing it in extreme water pressure environments such as swimming and diving.
- Do not press the buttons while the watch is submerged in water.
- Avoid exposing the watch to high temperatures, low temperatures, humidity, magnets, and shocks.
- If the watch band is damaged or discolored, it can be replaced at an official A/S center.
- A warranty certificate must be presented for free repairs at the time of A/S registration, and if there is no warranty certificate, only paid repairs are available.
- A/S registration can be done at official A/S centers (direct stores, flagship stores, headquarters A/S center) or by courier. In the case of courier registration, the round-trip shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
- The free A/S period for product defects is 1 year from the date of purchase, and thereafter paid A/S is possible. However, A/S due to customer negligence will be charged.
- A free battery replacement is available if it is fully discharged within one year.
