Unfortunately, a scratch and dent in the metal, and the lid doesn't close completely, and when the water is heated, it always tastes and smells like the rubber from the lid.

It just stinks of plastic, the water and the whole house. Washing doesn't help at all. Why do you send it if you know it's a bad product?
