Menthol: Relieves Muscle Soreness

Dr Teal's® Soaking Solutions combine pure Epsom Salt (magnesium sulfate USP) and menthol. These two ingredients help relieve muscle tension and relax muscles, optimizing athletic performance.

How to Use Relieve the discomfort of sore muscles. Pour at least 2 cups of Dr Teal's® Soaking Solutions into a warm, running bath. Allow your body to absorb the rich minerals for 15 minutes.

Relieves Swelling from Sprains and Bruises: Add 1 cup of Dr Teal's® Soaking Solutions to 1 quart of warm water. Soak a washcloth in the solution and wring it out. Apply a warm cloth to the affected area until the tissue is no longer warm. Repeat 2-3 times to relieve the pain of sprains and bruises.

For muscle pain relief: Add a handful of Dr. Teal's® Soaking Solution to a cup of hot water for a soothing effect. Let the solution cool in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes. Apply the paste to the affected area after cleansing your skin.

Other Ingredients: Magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt), fragrance, menthol, lemongrass (Cymbopogon schoenanthus) oil, spearmint (Mentha viridis) leaf oil, benzyl salicylate, limonene, linalool.
