For my order № LM37N3YX Exactly the same problems with the blades sinking in and the blades coming out during shaving as for № 7XJEPJMN but its record of poor quality is in the handle. Indeed the very thin circumference of the handle unscrews and does not lock which makes shaving dangerous. Result everything went in the bin!!! In conclusion you have therefore just lost a very very unhappy long-standing and loyal customer
