We are completely dissatisfied with your service. Our order was supposed to be delivered between August 24 and August 28, but today is August 31 and we still have not received it. We request a full refund of our payment.

The stitching is undone on the side in the top brown part and synthetic fiber came out, there are pieces of thread poking out and it is overall weirdly stitched. Ordered it as a gift, so I’m quite disappointed.

Very cute baby bag charm. Looks great on my bag. Very bright colour and so soft. I like the little gem stone. Very happy.

I planned to give them as gifts inside the box.But it came without them. No card for scent description too. Feel sad 😔
