I will never use Joom again, their Customer Support is shocking, I ordered the part for a car using the registration number and notwithstanding the fact they sent the wrong part, it arrived damaged. Not difficult to sort out you would think, but weeks later they have asked for photos of the damaged part and packaging for the fourth time now, despite me having sent a comprehensive set of photos about 3 weeks ago! It seems they are just avoiding issuing a refund at all costs! AVOID JOOM AT ALL COSTS..... **Strangely enough, just a few minutes after posting this review, the refund was authorised and on its way.....**

I am very dissapointed because i ordered two of them and both are not the item i received. The shape should be square like at the photos at the site but i received cube shape which doesn't fit on my doors. Absolutely waste of money. I bought the remote control because I want to connect this old, crap Bose media center to my tv. And the remote control supposed to have a "system" button where I can enter and setup the optical cable. But it hasn't that button. Probably I made a mistake or maybe I bought the wrong one.

This item is obviously fake the quality is terrible. Ive tried to contact Joom but their website leads me in circles and doesnt get me anywhere. They obviously dont want to let me return the item or give a refund. BLACK LIST THIS SITE.

Can’t believe i waited for this for nearly a month i ordered part by oem code and item is smaller than original doesn’t fit on cable

Does not fit 100% as in the plastic hinges are to small and cant counter hold and it simple drops at the first brake

It will be difficult to mount flush because of the three screws protruding at the rear of base plate
