The material in the pillow (memory foam) isn't quite as sturdy as needed for a product like this. The foam is too easily squished and doesn't retain anything near it's original height. At least not when laying on back with your hips up on the pillow. The weight crushes it. A pillow like this needs to be primarily made of something stable and yet light, like styrofoam, perhaps then clad with memory foam or something of similar softness for comfort. This pillow is intended for a variety of sexual positions and needs to be able to handle quite a lot.
