The rustic cowhide cover is made in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and uses original writing paper designed for ease of writing, and includes plain notebook refills carefully crafted in Japan. You can use it as is, but you can also use it as a base by adding separately sold zipper cases and pen holders to increase storage capacity, or by adding notebook refills using connecting bands to expand its uses even further. Its simple design makes it easy to attach charms and beads to the rubber band or bookmark string. We also recommend sticking your favorite stickers or used stamps on the cover of the notebook refill.
