The overall height can be adjusted by freely inserting or removing two urethane sheets in each of the three blocks. It is recommended to lower the center when sleeping on your back. Adjust the amount of pipe in each of the four pockets to fine-tune the fit for your head and neck. Two types of pipes are used for breathability and comfort. The curve that slopes lower toward the center provides a natural fit for the cervical spine. The gentle curve around the neck makes it easy for your neck and shoulders to rest, whether you're sleeping on your back or on your side. Polyester batting is sandwiched between the cover and pipes. The fluffy batting in the upper layer prevents the unevenness of the pipes from contacting your body, resulting in a soft sleeping experience. The U-shaped double zippered cover opens wide, allowing for easy insertion and removal of the urethane sheets and pipes. All components except the urethane sheet can be hand-washed for hygienic use.
