I was very dissapointed in this product there is supposedto be 2 blue lights on the devive but only 1. I have tried to contact joom but is very difficult to do and no response. As a last resort i have had to leave a review comment to get their attention. Margaret Sanderson

Complete waste of money.. don't work at all. Tried putting in several in each wash and not working.. gave two out of the four to my sister and she reported the same thing. No use..

I m very happy with these dresses they fit perfectly, and material is very nice ,as described ,quick delivery ,thank you

Ordered two pieces, one arrived broken due to poor packaging, just a plain bag without any padding...

Very cosy and warm, good protection against wind and a small amount of rain
