How to Use
Due to the nature of the raffia material, which is sensitive to temperature and humidity, please store it in a cool place away from direct sunlight. The padding inside the hat should be spot cleaned using lukewarm water and a neutral detergent (full washing is not possible with raffia material). If stored dry for an extended period, it may cause damage to the product, so please keep the product in a relaxed state on a flat surface.

Raffia is a fiber obtained from the leaves of the plant, and Helen Kaminski products are 100% hand-made, which means that the thickness, shape, and color of the raffia may vary. The raffia material cannot be washed, and if staining occurs, please wipe the stained area with a slightly damp cloth or wet wipe (be cautious of staining and discoloration when using detergent). Variations in color may occur due to natural plant dyes, and the color may change over time. These phenomena may appear similarly in all colors and are not defective products.
