Note: ① When installing the tube, please use tweezers or other suitable tools to adjust the shape of the socket's pinhole to ensure proper connection with the tube pin. ② If the volume is too high or too low, this may be due to poor tube contact or oxidation of the tube pin. We suggest you try cleaning the tube pin and reinserting it.
If you experience noise, it could be a fault with your audio source, power supply, wiring or speakers. We recommend testing each (audio source/wires/speakers) to check for power interference, ensuring the tubes are securely attached and fully pre-heated for 10-15 minutes.
