Subject: Product Defect / Refund Request for Nutribullet Rx Blade Hello Joom Support Team, I am writing to request a full refund for my recent purchase of a replacement blade for the Nutribullet Rx 1700W (Order Number: WDPD6NN8 I received the product recently, but it is completely defective and unsafe to use. After only three (3) normal uses, the blade assembly started leaking liquid. The leak is coming directly from the central bearing area, and the leaking liquid is dark/greyish, which indicates that the internal bearing grease is mixing with the food. This is a severe manufacturing defect that makes the item completely unusable and dangerous for food preparation. I have attached the photos/videos showing the leak. Since the item failed almost immediately, I kindly request a full refund for this purchase. KAZIMIERAS REPECKA

This is my second remote as it is so useful. Another perfect delivery from Joom Also Hermes have finally got a decent driver who actually knocks and hands you your parcel. Such a change from trying to find your parcel thrown over a wall or hidden in a bin. Thank you to both Joom and Hermes.

The Ear pads are comfortable, no red ears after hours of usage. They have very good noise suppresion (better that the old ones) The sticky tape is not applied on the back side of pad, so I had to use my own double sided tape. After weeks of usage, they are like new.

The earpad is thinner than the original Cloud Core X earpad, it's sound is also thinner, te low frequencies are missing a little bit. Probably the foam inside the earpad is not so dense and thick like in the original earpad. Shipment in 1 month.

I was slightly apprehensive when I purchased this remote (since previous similar purchases from the high street were pretty useless) but it was not only identical to my original remote - Blauplunkt - it also worked instantly!

Left one is the original, right is the ordered one, as you can see is smaller. I have trouble with original to assamble but with those smaller is imposible to fit on headset

That was wrong sent order, becuse there com only two female xlt to me and I order two male xlt to 6,35 mm jack. I hope next order it,s corecth

It doesn't work. It looks the part and fits the shaver charger slot bit it wad a total waste of money. It does not charge the shaver
