It's more glitter than pollen. Silver color. I had bought one before and at the beginning I was not delighted. Now after testing it can be. Although the effect is not amazing. As for the application, I tap it into the nail. It flakes off heavily when rubbed in. I tried to take a picture in high magnification. Especially on the template made on tips you can see the glitter structure. It consists of round particles. In general, I recommend it, but only for decorating entire nails. It did not work for me on the patterns.
