Came 3 pieces 15W, 2 pcs are normal👍, and one is damaged😢- doesn't work, the cover fell off, the board is twisted, a wire is torn off and some metal part in the base was lying in the box. P.S. contacted and wrote a Joom message + photo of the damaged lamp + photo of the packaging with the sticker in which the parcel arrived, they replied very quickly and offered to refund the cost of one lamp, either to the Joom balance or to the card from which the payment was made. Thank you, Joom👍 for the promptness and integrity, I'll just order another lamp💖 for these funds
For some reason, the packaging and the box arrived cut, but the item itself turned out to be intact. It works. P.S. When the light went out, it turned out that the batteries were either defective or the bulb had already been used, because after 30 seconds it flickered out, even though I charged it for four hours.
