This game is a port of "DYNAMIC CHORD feat.[rêve parfait] V edition". The protagonist is a girl who helps out as a support member of the band. A love story unfolds with the members of [rêve parfait]: Kashii Reon, Momose Tsumugi, Tsukinohara Kuon, and Kashii Aki. An encore scenario after becoming lovers with him is also included! Furthermore, the Nintendo Switch version features a completely new opening.
