I have received 3 different pickup points The first one, Nardina in Ramat Alon ,that I have confirmed was ok. The second one, in 22 Hanita road is far from my home but I have confirmed it. The third one was far away, in Neveh Ganim. No public transportation, never asked for it.

Hi, the item on your website is not the same as the one you sent me, the credit card part of this wallet is what I bought it for, and that is the part that doesn't work as advertised on the website. So I would like to send it back to you for a full refund please. Thanks

I have spent 30 minutes trying to connect with someone to ask if my order is correct as I thought I had ordered two pairs of curtains as curtains are normally sold in pairs and I have only received two curtains (one pair) The AI support is useless

I paid £23 altogether with postage i get 2 items that both cose less than £7 each on the box it shows all different fidget toys i thought we were would've got more than 1 need dough and 1 tiny dumpling not worth the money

Objednal som platinovú farbu obliečok a namiesto toho som dostal modrú, ako ukazuje obrázok nižšie. I ordered platinum-colored duvet covers, but instead I received blue ones, as shown in the picture below.

Very disappointed. We got sent the wrong item! We didn't get a box of 100+ squishys, we got 2! My daughter is very sad and I'm scared to even try ordering again. I only got half the money back.

I only got two small squishy. Were does it say that the packed only contains two?! I can only se the numbers 12 and 100, thougt I would get some more for that price. This is bad

The curtains are absolutely beautiful with the depth of the colours, so vibrant. They enhance my mahogany dining furniture. I could not be more pleased with them. Thank you
