🤩😘😘👍

*Ankle boots 🖤 . The arrival time in Spain was about 15 days. Well packaged. . The ankle boots are like super soft velvet, they have a zipper at the back, and two holes to be able to grab them with your fingers and carry them easily. They have a small heel. My toes rub a little in the narrow part of the boot. . 🖤 HAPPY SHOPPING 🖤

DESI PORT 36, ACEST CALAPOD IS BIG AND WIDE. I BOUGHT A NEW PAIR NUMBER 35 AND I WANT TO RETURN SIZE 36 ! +40733741418 I AM ALSO SENDING YOU A PHOTO OF THE OLD BOOTS 36 BUT WITH A SMALLER LAST THAN THE ONE FROM JOOM

The ankle boots look good and fit well, but the quality leaves something to be desired: I wore them for a maximum of two weeks and there was already a hole in the heel. It's a big disappointment for me.

I would like to return the ordered item because it does not fit.. However, customer service is unreachable or does not respond.

Ankle boots fit well, have good quality, are warm and comfortable, and look just like in the picture. Very satisfied! Thank you JOOM!

I'm impressed with the packaging! The shipment was fully secured, the shoes are new and warm :3
