Kazuzo Seo is one of Japan's leading composers, arrangers, and music producers, having arranged for numerous superstar artists, including Miyuki Nakajima, Takuro Yoshida, Kaguyahime, Tsuyoshi Nagabuchi, Hideaki Tokunaga, and Anri. In 2017, Seo released the first collection of his Seo WORKS to commemorate his 50th anniversary in the entertainment industry. It achieved impressive sales of over 8,000 copies for a compilation album in this genre. This fourth collection embodies Seo's legacy of supporting the Japanese music scene through his arrangements, from the dawn of J-Pop to the present, through masterpieces by the renowned artists he has worked with. This album features many songs from the city pop genre that has become popular recently (such as "Twilight Bay City," "Fly By Fly," and "LIVING IN THE CITY").
