The entire set is crafted from all-natural bamboo and high-quality ceramic. Made from 100% bamboo, it's coated with vegetable oil for added durability. The ceramic tea whisk rest meets food safety standards and is lead and cadmium-free. [Note] Do not use in dishwashers or dish dryers.
[Handling Instructions]: 1. When using a new tea whisk, rinse it in a basin or bowl at approximately 80°C, then blanch it in hot water (chasen-doshi). 2. After use, rinse it with water and dry thoroughly in a well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight, using a tea whisk repair tool, etc. Store it in a cool, dark place with little temperature or humidity fluctuation. Bamboo can crack or break due to dryness or sudden temperature changes. 3. Do not use dishwashers or dish detergent.
