I bought a YW509 window cleaning robot two weeks ago and one of the spray heads stopped working what can i do with that ?
It has damaged all the paint. I want to return it so I wrote two messages to the client sevice. No answer

I am delighted with this device. Of course, it will not replace thorough washing, but it is great for removing traces of dust, flies and children's paws. Intuitive operation, should not cause any problems for anyone. Unfortunately, I can't find information anywhere about whether and where you can buy fabric caps. If they get damaged, it will be a problem.
Unfortunately everything is in English, I haven't dared to use it yet because I have to translate everything first, that will take a while if they send it to Germany, there should also be a German description if I think then I would have that too already tried
The product performs exactly the functions described on the site. For windows with dimensions smaller than 50 cm the product does not activate. If used correctly, the cleaning of the windows will be perfect. I recommend the product to those who have large and high windows. Very satisfied.
The order for the Liectroux YW509 was delivered quickly. I ordered it especially for my winter garden and of course tried it out straight away. He cleans the sloping glass roof from the inside and the large windows also look great. So I am very satisfied.
Don't buy this robot, I made the mistake and it doesn't work. After 20 emails with customer support I haven't received anything back or an exchange. Simply a complete disgrace!
It worked for 2 hours but now it won't start. We want to return the unit but Joom makes it very difficult. The delivery date is incorrect - we have been trying to return the machine since 8/12/24.
For the price it is excellent. Follow the preparation instructions and everything goes well. If it doesn't come clean the first time, go over it again. Problem: There are only two cloths. More are needed

The device doesn't clean at all. We had more streaks and spots on the windows afterwards than before!

The product itself seems to be of good quality, but all the cables and connections make it a difficult product to work with smoothly.. You have to keep changing the cables that are much too thick and heavy push aside to let the robot do its job properly do and besides it takes a very long time to do a not already to adequately finish a window that is too large.
Very good product, well made. Works very well and was packaged very well. Shipping also very fast, only 4 days to Lelystad Netherlands. I recommend this product especially for this good price.
