The product works well if you have large windows, perhaps high and difficult to reach. Cleaning is of reasonable quality, shame about the marks and the marks from the 2 rollers remain even if they are replaced several times during cleaning. For normal home windows with small dimensions, as far as I'm concerned, purchasing doesn't make sense.

Do not buy this because it does not work as it should. Leaves dust and marks. And forget about customer service helping you. They will demand videos that show exactly all the steps you take, and when you have done that, they will come up with new requirements for it to be approved, which means you can never move forward in the process. The company and customer service are a joke. The positive reviews cannot be anything other than fake.

This window washer stopped working on the 3rd window. Namely, it is constantly stuck and cannot move forward. If you move it around a bit, it comes back to life, but after a few minutes it stops again. What do I do with it? Send back to you? I don't bother to get it wet anymore, if I have to pass the remote in my hand, then I might as well wash it myself. You can get a better result too.
